House Rules
No Smoking Allowed indoors of any Kind.
Visitors and overnight guests are not permitted unless prior notification and consent are provided. An additional fee of $25 per night is required for each guest, payable upon arrival.
Pets are allowed with a $25 per week and pet fee (2 pets max).
Restrooms Rules
Remember this is a shared space. So be mindful and think of the next person as they will be mindful of you.
Please Spray down prior and after your use of the restroom.
Do not put toilet paper in the toilet. Please put Toilet Paper in the trash bucket provided.
Do not leave any personal items in the Restroom.
Please limit your use to 15 to 20 minutes Remember this is a shared space.
Kitchen Rules
Please spray down Prior and After any use of the Kitchen
Please place all trash and or waste in the trash can.
After use of the Kitchen, any dish you use must be cleaned and put back or taken with you. Please do Not leave used or dirty dishes in the Sink.
Remember to wipe down the Kitchen table after you’re done.
Please Cooperate with the cleanliness and house Rules of this Property.
